Benefit Cosmetics Hoola Wave Bronzing Balm - Deep - 1.48oz - Ulta Beauty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Benefit bronzer was my first bronzer and none have lived up to it! I was actually really curious when i saw this and was so excited to try it! I’m impressed and benefit does it again! It blends amazingly; it’s buildable for more color, and it applies really smooth.

I'm afraid the make up will pop out. It's not secure.

First time purchasing this, and it arrived completely beat up. The product wouldn't even stay in the case, which caused a huge mess. .so I couldn't even try it. Extremely disappointed.

I like this product so much that I bought the Original shade as a Contour and the Medium shade as a Bronzer. I cannot take anything away from how beautiful the shades are and how nicely the product blends. But I was shocked to see that within 4 months time both of my products, a dried completely out. i've never had creamish types of product like this hard pan on me. it was very odd.And these products are too expensive to be doing that. Ihave tons of cream bronzer that are a bit cheaper than these and have never hard panned. My makeup by mario skin enhancer, my lys cream bronzer, my narrows cream bronzer, even a nudestick's cream bronzer. None of these have ever done that. So I will not be repurchasing these in the future. The price you pay and the length of time the product lasted is not worth it to me.

I suggest protecting a product like this when shipping. It was wet from the rain. Bubble wrap a priduct that is powder. It was a mess inside the compact! Plus where's my lipstick?!

I am relatively new to using bronzer, and I generally prefer to wear minimal makeup. Instead of applying a full foundation, I simply conceal any blemishes with a touch of foundation stick. I then sweep bronzer just above my cheekbones and finish the look with Clinique highlighting powder. The result is a natural, radiant finish that I find very flattering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful, well balanced color. It goes on evenly and blends nicely. It was not too dark or brown which I enjoy. Most of my issues with this were more user error. The compact size is perfect.

Great product goes on really well and looks great especially on dry or older skin. it blends perfectly. I use it on its own or for more colour with foundation

The color gives a natural sun-kissed glow that doesn’t feel heavy on the skin. It lasts well through the day and looks very natural. A nice option if you want a soft bronzed look.

It also blends in well. The balm has a very light and pleasant scent that is not overwhelming. This is a great overall a great Bronzing Balm!

It can be a little hard to apply, I tried to do it with a brush but didn’t work out. I used a damp sponge and turned out very well. Scent is fine and the finish good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s nice for those who like cream makeup. The texture is very light and it’s easy to blend in with your fingers. I see this being used over a tinted moisturizer or very light coverage foundation. No scent and the packaging is very easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging is neutral with some small waves on the lid, simple but pretty, the finish seems very natural to me, it is not heavy on the skin at all, the durability can be 4-6 hours depending on your skin type, the texture is a little firmer than a butter, I don't think I have found any endocrine disruptors in this product.

With all the hype on cream bronzer, cream blush, and cream highlighter. I had to try to try the Hoola Bronzing Balm in regular. The original powder bronzer has always been my go to, I do like the creamy, blendable formula ( and color is good). I do not think it gives as much color as the original powder. I will definitely keep it and use it but some days I will go back to my go to Hoola powder bronzer.

I really loved this product but i was so upset because the mirror broke after 3 days i dont know if i just got faluty packaging or what but it mad me really upset

The design of the lid with many ripples helps me to hold it firmly. The scent displayed by the brand makes me quite like it. After applying it to the skin, it does not leave any powder particles but blends into the skin.
