Initially will attract ants but give it a few days and the ant colony will be destroyed and the ants will no longer be present. The only stuff that truly works at the root of the problem.

The picture I just snapped shows the only ant I've seen in days – and it looks like it's definitely not feeling its best, probably because all its buddies are gone! The box says it's designed to carry the bait back to the colony and take out the queen, and based on what I'm seeing, I totally believe it. It's pretty cool how effective it is. The packaging does say it's for indoor use only, but honestly, I'm tempted to try it on that massive ant hill in my backyard! I cleaned and patched the small opening but also used these to eliminate the ants if there was another opening that I missed. Any stragglers that were around were eliminated by the ant bait.

The ants like to come out after a good rain so I put them in the corners of our windowsills to keep them out. We like that they are odorless and spill proof. You do have to keep away from pets and children.

Every year, as soon as it gets warm, ants start lining up in my kitchen, hundreds if not thousands. At the first sign of the colony, I put this out by the window sill. I’m not sure if this is ok for pets, so just to keep it safe, I didn’t put on the ground, and guess what, it works. I’m not sure how long it’s supposed to work, but it took about 3 days or so for us. Raid Max Liquid Ant Bait does what it says it would do, and no more ant problem for us.

It really did seem to attract the ants and get them out of my house. Raid products are always a good value and this is no different. I would purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These worked really well for getting rid of our ant problem near our back door and I really like that these are “spill proof”. The liquid ant bait is absorbed by a sponge-type of material that contains the liquid while it stays in the plastic container and there are small slots on the capsule for the ants to go in and get the bait. It’s a little off putting and concerning to see more ants show up in the beginning that are getting the bait, but after that initial rush time, they’re pretty much all gone not too long after that.
