Carving/chopping board.
Excellent piece of kitchen equipment. The chopping board has slightly raised edges and a slight fall from front to backthat prevent the chopped items falling off and collects any water from recently washed vegetables/fruit from dripping off. I’ve not had chance to use the carving side but it employs the same practical features as the chopping side (raised edges to contain any juices)In addition it has small spikes to hold the meat stationary while carving. I’m really happy with the design and quality of this item.

I bought one of these
I bought one of these boards some years ago and loved it, well still do as I still use it. The new one isn't as nice as the material it's made of seems more plastic. It looks nice and I do like the design but the quality doesn't appear to be so good

Slope is worthwhile
The sloping surface helps to collect the meat juices which can be put into gravy. I bought the large size which provides ample space for the sliced meat or cut bread etc. The surface is susceptible to marks from knives as expected with any cutting board so I use a hot wash for removing meat. Our previous JJ boards started to disintegrate around the edges from multiple dishwasher cleaning so I intend to hand wash this one to see if it makes a difference.

Lost its colour, & seems to be very brittle & fell apart
Not very good loose colour in a couple of years & seems to be fragile around the outside as it seems to have perished & broken away. Would at photos but won’t let me upload photos

Carving side with good use
Carving side with good use on every roast dinner. The lifted side for keeping meat juices works well. We use the other side of the board for cutting crusty bread. Easy to wash!

Perfect for Sunday roasts. Use the chopping side for preparing veg then flip over to carve meat. Great for collecting meat juices then easy to pour into a container to dispose of. Would recommend

A must for every household
Best carving board design ever! No juices running everywhere when carving a roast chicken, succulent lamb or any other meat or juicy tomatoes. Love the double sided function for chopping vegetables or to slice bread. A must for every household! Loved this Joseph and Joseph product so much that we bought another 5 as Christmas presents and each household has high praises of this frequently used kitchen cupboard addition. Thank you for a great product design!

Happy carver!
Hubby very happy with his present! Perfect for when cutting a roast or using other side for things like melon. No mess as the chopping board catches the liquid.
