It's a real deal!

I'm not gluten free but I still love this
Most of the time gluten free/vegan/keto (whatever dietary restriction is advertised) means it tastes like cardboard. Not this. I eat just about anything and was suspect of how this bowl would taste, but I was quickly proven wrong. My wife picked a bunch of these up for me for lunches and the occasional dinner and this was delicious! No hesitation to recommend.

Great alternative to meal prepped bowls
I love how easy rice bowls are for lunches but it's hard to make them even if you're meal prepping. The rice is tricky and it's time consuming to cut everything. With Blue Zones Kitchen bowls, I don't have to spend my weekends preparing for my weekday lunches. I can just grab one of these premade but still healthy bowls instead!!

Delicious and Convenient
I’m so impressed with these Blue Zones Kitchen frozen meals! It’s rare to find something that tastes fresh, feels genuinely healthy, and still takes only a few minutes to heat up. The ingredients are real, lots of veggies, grains, and spices and the flavors are balanced and satisfying without being heavy or salty. Always have on hand!
Would choose this over Chipotle 10/10 times!! As someone that cares so much about my health and what I put in my body, Blue Zones Kitchen is the best! This tastes so good and you would never know that it was a frozen meal, once you heat it up. Love that I’m getting a very quick, great tasting meal, with healthy ingredients, inspired by the areas of the world with the longest living people.

Healthy on the go!
Shopping & preparing a meal like this takes time and I like that it's all ready to go. Perfect & tasty for my diet! The compostable bowl doesn't leave a plastic flavor in your mouth. Can't stand that like in other plastic to go packaged foods or the stress of microplastics.

The best thing I've done for my health
These meals redefine frozen food! I am obsessed. I have one nearly every day for lunch, and I have never felt better. My 95 year old Grandmother has sworn by her plant-based lifestyle, and she loves these meals just as much as I do!
