Healthy and delicious
I expected to not really like this. After all, it's a pricey frozen meal. On mixed bowls, I pick out certain veggies etc that I don't like. With this, I ate it all. It has a nice level of spice. What's more, it has 11 grams of protein, thanks to its hidden tofu puree. Look at another veggie bowl and see if you can get that much protein. Great flavors with corn, tomato, black beans and sweet potatoes. Delicious and healthy, yes, maybe even a longevity meal. (Look up blue zones for yourself.)

Man, when the wife's out for the evening or I'm packing a lunch to take to work, I teach for these 99% of the time. Filling, delicious, and super quick to prepare. Everything I want in a meal without all the garbage that's typically in other frozen meals.
