I purchased this heater for an apartment. I refuse to pay to heat every room in an apartment when I'm not using them. So, when I'm in the living room/dining/kitchen area, this little heater is going. With the remote, I turn it on the oscillator function and the timer. I have fallen asleep on my couch many nights, because I was so comfortable. This little unit is quiet and doesn't take up a lot of space. The heat output is excellent.

Really excellent space heater with lots of useful features

We've only had it for a day, but it works extremely well. We used it to heat our open floor plan downstairs and it worked very quickly making a noticable difference quickly. The settings and features are excellent and allow for a lot of control. The only thing I wish this had was a way to turn off the loud beeping everytime you press a button like other similar space heaters, otherwise, it's pretty amazing and we're very happy.

Surpassed my Expectations

I purchased this heater to use for supplemental heat in my bedroom during a recent ice storm, and I have been pleasantly surprised with it. The touch controls and the digital display offer a modern feeling in comparison to physical buttons which can eventually wear out. The unit also was efficient in heating the area I was using it in to the set temperature and then turning off until it needed to come on again. It comes with a remote, like most random appliances do these days, which usually I end up throwing in a drawer and never use or forget about. However, I found this one particularly useful at night when I needed to adjust the heat, and the heater has a built in caddy on the back of the unit to store the remote when not using. The housing of the heater does not get hot to touch and looks and feels more high-end, especially with the touch screen conrols. I also noticed that the cord and plug does not get hot like most other electric heaters. The actual heater itself is smaller than I anticipated in comparison to other heaters I have purchased in the past, and it's priced much more reasonably. I would not hesitate to buy another one just for backup.

This is an awesome heater with all the bells and whistles.
