Ribbon Tie Shower Curtain Sterling Blue - Hearth & Hand™ with Magnolia

There are numerous problems with this shower curtain but the one that I can’t get over is how badly it shrunk once I washed it. It looks ridiculous.

Color is so pretty but overall I kind of hate the rest of it (lol). The bows to tie are really not functional at all, especially if this is going on a shower that’s used daily. Could be pretty for a guest bathroom that isn’t being used often.

poor quality with maximum effort. when putting it on it had to hand tie each bow which took forever. I even had to redo it because the bows looked so terrible. I highly DONT recommend this product.

Really wanted to love this. The stock photos definitely make you believe this product would look great in your space. Unfortunately it’s just poorly made. There are no holes to work with your shower hooks. You have to tie the bows yourself which makes it look sloppy and also exposes your shower liner. I will be returning.

I usually get my home décor from Anthropologie, but I decided to mix things up and try Target this time. In hindsight, I probably should’ve read the reviews first. The shower curtain looks beautiful in the product photos, but in person it’s not quite as polished. I was also surprised to find that you have to tie all the bows yourself and then attach them — it ended up being more of a project than I expected. A couple other things to note: the liner shows through, and the curtain runs a bit short (and I have a standard tub). It’s not terrible, just not great, either. Overall, it didn’t quite live up to the photos for me, but it could work better for someone who doesn’t mind the extra setup and is less picky.

I purchased this shower curtain in-store and did not read any reviews prior. The color works very nicely in my bathroom, and the finished look is charming, but getting to that point took more work than I think most people would like to put into hanging a shower curtain. I threw the packaging away before trying the curtain out, and had I not done that I might have returned it - the liner shows at the top, it’s a bit short, there are a few imperfections in the fabric, the ties are thick and not well suited for tying bows, and quite a few frayed bits had to be trimmed off. So without the option of a return, I decided to make the best of it. Once washed, the ties will curl and look very sloppy, so I carefully ironed each one out to soften them up and make bow-tying a bit easier. This helped, but it would have been nice if the ties were longer; I think it would have made the bows prettier. The edges were fraying messily, so I trimmed them up. Once it was fully ironed, I hung the curtain, tying each bow to the curtain rings. The liner peeks out just above a bit, but I can live with that. Note: if you zoom in on the product photo you can see that no liner is used so it’s a bit misleading, but it is fairly obvious that you will need to tie your own bows. I also tried tying it directly to the curtain rod, however it didn’t slide across as smoothly as I would have liked. In the end, it’s a cute addition to the bathroom, but be aware that you will need to put forth some effort to make it look clean and polished.

The fabric is great and the color is beautiful, but you can see the clear plastic cover behind it. I don’t like that. I bought shower hooks form Magnolia as well which I don’t want to change.

Ugly shower curtain. There’s nothing I like about this. I buy this brand all the time, but this looks nothing like the photos. Oatmeal is not a pretty color in person, the bows you have to tie yourself, which is fine, but they don’t look like the photos. The material is really heavy, but also see through. There’s a lot of small holes throughout. Just overall bad quality item. Definitely going back.

I purchased the blue one and the color is perfect but that’s the only thing that’s perfect. The shower liner shows up top and when you think this is an easy shower curtain hung up, guess again. Have fun hanging this after a long busy day at work.

What I like: the color is spot on. The fabric is thick and the item is well made. What I don’t like: the tops tie in bows- but you can see the liner behind the curtain. And the bows are sloppy. It would have been better if they had seen the bows and made a way to hang them flush with the liner.

Your curtain will never look like the one in the ad. You have to tie the bow yourself and the bow is a lot shorter than the one in the pic.

Super cute! I read all reviews before buying and realized no one tried to tie the bows around the rod itself! Solved all sagging problems and still glides along rod to open/close

This is the dumbest/least functional shower curtain ever. I was so excited to put this in my kids room and it looks like I wasted my money.

There are no holes for the hooks. You tie the bow to hang the curtain. It’s very heavy so it pulls it down and exposes the curtain liner. The green is a beautiful color.

I love the color blue but the ties make it so heavy so the under plastic shows on top. This should come tied and sewn so it won’t come out. I’ve resorted in double knotting it with no bows and is pretty but it bothers me
