    Very uncomfortable and tight around the leg areas. I’ve bought different variations of Hanes for 20+ years and it seems like the cheapened out because it’s not comfortable anymore.

    Comfort and freshness

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this cotton boxer briefs size Large for my son. It fit him perfectly and very comfortably. He loved the flexible waistband which provided him comfort while active at work and playing his favorite sports. Gave him a feeling of coolness and freshness even in the hottest days. The breathable feature is his favorite as he sweats a lot and this feature helps him feel fresher. Did not experience any humid feeling and the tag less characteristic is another one he loves since he does not like tags at all. Quality of the material is excellent and stayed the same even after washing several times. He loves Hanes briefs and this one is a hit for him too. He totally recommend it.

They are sized correctly and although they are snug they are not to tight and fit very well. They also wash very well and don't loose its elastic.

The material is amazingly soft and breathable, and I really love how they don’t ride up throughout the day. They stay exactly where they should, which makes them perfect for work, workouts, or just relaxing at home. However, I do wish Hanes had taken a closer look at the elastic material used for the waistband. The elastic feels stiff and lacks flexibility compared to other Hanes underwear I’ve owned. It’s not painful, but it’s definitely not as comfortable as the rest of the design. Pros: Excellent fabric — soft, stretchy, and very comfortable Stay in place and don’t ride up Great overall fit and value Cons: Waistband elastic is too firm and lacks flexibility Overall, these boxer briefs have great potential — the material and fit are fantastic — but the waistband elastic really needs improvement. If Hanes updates that feature, these would be close to perfect.

    Like Wearing Nothing at All!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I requested a product to test, Hanes boxer briefs. They came in a 3-pack of blue, black and gray, and I measured before and after washing. No appreciable shrinkage, and my husband, (who normally wears hip huggers or bikinis), absolutely loved them! He said they were like a second comfortable skin, no bothersome tags rubbing him, and these were short enough, (14"), to not peek out under his shorts. The directions said not to use fabric softener, which might be inconvenient for some. I always rinse underwear twice and put vinegar in the first rinse, so I just had to make sure I took them out so as to exclude them from the softener rinse. My husband gave these an A+. These were sent free of charge with the agreement to use and review them honestly.

Other than that, I like how breathable they are considering they're made out of cotton. They don't make me adjust myself like many other types of boxer briefs. I also like how quickly they dry after a wash, helping me save on my energy bill.

But after being washed they did tend to shink in the legs some. He said they didn't ride up before or after washing. The waist band is comfortable to wear. He said they fit true to size.
