I’ve been using the Neutrogena Hair Restore Advanced Growth Support Serum for a while and honestly it feels like a nice , lightweight treatment for my scalp. The texture is very watery and absorbs quickly so it doesn’t make my hair greasy or heavy at all. I usually apply it directly to my scalp and massage it in and it feels really fresh and comfortable. After a few weeks, I noticed my hair looks a bit healthier and less prone to breakage. It doesn’t give instant hair growth but I feel like it helps support my scalp and it makes my hair stronger overall. If you’re dealing with mild hair shedding and want something lightweight and easy to use every day I think this is a good option!

Unfortunately I could not tell the difference in my hair being fuller. I couldnt tell if my hair was thicker. I didn't see any new growth. I used this every day with biotin shampoo and conditioner. I was pretty disappointed. My hair was still falling out like crazy in the shower. I still had tons of hair in my brush. My hair still has mass amounts of split ends and breakage. I was really hoping with would at least slow my heavy shedding. That wasnt the case. That doesnt mean it wont work for someone else. It just didnt work for me

What attracted me to this product were ingredients like feverfew, niacinamide, and centella, also that it was unscented. I like the consistency of the product and the glass bottle, though my scalp has been has been burning for the past five hours since I put it on. I used as directed and thought I would just leave the serum on to see if the sensation would calm down, but it hasn’t. I went online to see if anyone else had a similar experience, but I notice that the reviews are incentivized and generic, so I thought I would leave a review as a paying customer who also loves Neutrogena’s products. I am going to give this a few more tries, but so far, 2 stars because of the consistent burning.
