Buyers Beware - previously opened packaging... no quality control.

Idk what kind of process Target has with its return policies but I recieved a previously opened item...which is frustrating since it's kind of like a blind box. I know because the entire package was retaped with common scotch tape. Also, the item was a bit dirty inside... someone probably returned it and instead of inspecting the item, it was put back on the shelf in the warehouse.

Disappointing & confusing

Says it’s in stock but when I ordered it for pick up, they chose to replace it? So why say it’s in stock in my city’s store if u can’t buy it yet??
