customer service sucks
no one in store was any help finding this item. no one would walk me to the are where they were and just pointed to different corners of the store and said that if they had it it would be there, or there or over there, etc. i literally asked 4 employees before i decided to go online and buy it myself. and actually had to buy a phone charger bc my phone was dying in order to make the purchase.

Cute idea but terrible execution. This should be one piece, but it is three separate pieces. Takes tons if batteries and the I doesn’t work, and the U is much less bright than the heart. Save your money.
