Q: How does music mode work?

A: Sound sync is activated through the MUSIC button on the projector or the Music Mode buttons located on the remote. The audio sensor is located on the side of the projector, be sure it is not covered.

Q: I just purchased this projector. All of the color modes have green stars. Is there a way to change the stars to white or any other colors or are we stuck with green stars?

A: Hi Mark..if you are referring to the laser light that shines from the base, then that is only green. However, you should be able to change color modes on the center portion of the projector dome.

Q: Is the laser dangerous to look at, like most lasers? What are the safety instructions related to the laser component of this to keep from damaging your eyes?

A: Hello...there is a warning on the bottom of the package, as well as in the manual stating there is a laser light and to not stare into the beam or direct the light into anyone's eyes.

Q: My galaxy light will randomly turn on at certain moments without the remote being touched and after being turned off all ready. Is there an explanation for why it does this ?

Great product and at a reasonable price point. It’s fun and it can also be relaxing. The lights are not excessively bright and display very well. This is not Bluetooth, but it is motion activated with music (needs to placed close to the product). I highly recommend it. The design is a bit awkward, but it does allow for moving it into different positions. Not a problem.

It seems like the quality is hit or miss, luckily the one I got is a hit. The remote works surprisingly well, even with the projector partially obstructed. For the price, if you get a defective one, just exchange it for another one. It's absolutely worth the hassle, especially for such a low price point.

It will NOT connect to Bluetooth at all. No new Bluetooth devices even show up when I look. And the lights look nothing like the photos.

Literally nothing like its advertised. The lights are dim, & it’s very cheaply made. The “crystal” already broke off of it because it was cheaply glued on & we have only have it for two weeks. Not worth the buy, you get what ya pay for.

The lights mostly just look like the lights people project onto their homes for Christmas. There are a few different modes to choose from, and you have the option to turn the bright green LED lights off, but none of them resemble a galaxy or outer space in any way. The photo I've uploaded is the best setting to choose from (imo). The plastic is lightweight and feels cheaply made. Glad I only spent $15.

Definitely worth the purchase! Comes with different modes, the lights aren’t super bright, and you can even play music and the lights will change colors! The only downside is I thought it was Bluetooth, so just make sure when wanting to use the music mode to make sure your sound is loud enough for the machine to pick it up.

This item blinded me for almost minutes, just from PASSING BY IT ONCE. It causes serious headache and pain. Uses LED lasers, that are like that of a laser pointer. Try projecting this at your night sky outdoors, and the green lasers will extend far beyond view and project onto buildings/ trees alike. This is unsafe- and the type of LEDS and intensity IS NOT SUITABLE for home/ apartment use. Possible to be used in a huge commercial building, a warehouse, or maybe for an event with very tall ceilings. The lights never stopped being disorienting, and caused pain to me and my families eyes. Don't buy this. ESPECIALLY NOT FOR YOUR LITTLE ONES!

This light is really cool. If it works. I have bought 3 of them, and exchanged one of them and 3 out of the 4 I got didn’t work. The green laser light dims and doesn’t show like the one I originally purchased. Try and find a different brand maybe because the lights are still nice, just sucks to have the dim green light
