[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Levi’s 501 Curve Shorts in Light Indigo was a complete miss for me. I have muscular/large thighs and had a hard time getting these shorts to fit comfortably with them despite their advertisement of curvy. I was definitely disappointed as Levi’s is know for their durability and well crafted jeans & these just felt like an afterthought. These would definitely need to be tried on before being purchased for anyone that truly does have curves as it is not as advertised.

I always love the quality and feel of Levi jeans and these are no exception. They’re not very heavy to wear and the stitching all seems very well done. These curved shorts fit a little better on women who have smaller hips, and a larger bum. I may not fall into that category as well as the shorts were meant to fit but they feel very comfortable on. They’ve been washing very well and getting softer which I love. One thing that I don’t love about the shorts are the multiple buttons in the front. It just takes so much longer to put on your shorts and go.

The shorts feature all buttons with no zip, so I wouldn’t be comfortable drinking too much in them. I felt they ran small and one size up fit me well.

They’re super stretchy and comfortable, with a flattering high waist and the perfect inseam length. they fit my thighs and hips, perfectly, and the deep pockets are a huge bonus! My only small complaint is that the waist feels a little snug on my tummy when I’m bloated, but overall these will definitely be a summer staple for me!

They are a bit baggier than she would like and the bottoms looks kinda funky after washing them. Overall she did say they were pretty comfy and would recommend to someone who doesn’t mind baggier shorts. The fit overall is good and the pockets are good size and usable.

It’s not quite warm enough here to pull them out, but they will for sure be a staple this summer. The only thing I’m not a huge fan of is all the buttons. I prefer zipper- but they’re so cute and will get tons of use!

There is some stretch to the fabric, which I really like. The color is a bit strange though. It’s not exactly white or cream. It looks a bit dirty or distressed.

They’re the perfect length where my booty is not hanging out and not so long that it looks awkward on me (I’m short). I absolutely love that the leg openings are not at all tight! My legs have a lot of muscle and most shorts with a small waist have really small leg opening making my legs look like stuffed sausages. These fit my waist beautifully while giving my butt and legs plenty of room! Just like most Levi jeans, these have plenty of pockets and great construction as well. I also appreciate the length of the leg parts being a tap longer on the inside by the crotch and shorter on the outside showing off some leg.

I will say the curve aspect is great, as they are borderline tight on my waist but have a good amount of room in the hips and don’t squish my thighs. The shorts are definitely on the stiffer side of denim.

I ordered my typical size, and they fit perfectly in every area of my bum and legs, thanks to the “curve” selection Levi’s has created for us curvier girlies. They are as comfortable as all of my other denim shorts, and I enjoy not having a zipper since with wear, my shorts zippers tend to get stuck and become defective after years of use-so I know these will last much longer! They aren’t too heavy and the denim is obviously made well and with care as Levi’s typically produces. I will say these shorts are pretttyyy short so I probably won’t wear them on any family vacations, but I do plan on wearing them to some festivals this upcoming spring/summer! They are going to be perfect for that, and the dark wash color matches almost anything you pair it with. They held up nicely after a wash with cold water. Definitely a must buy if you love the Levi’s 501 style.

These are really cute, but shrunk quite a bit after washing and are now much shorter.
