The new scents of the Raw Sugar products is terrible. They have a perfume chemical smell. It lingers and is very hard to clean off. Their products used to be clean and gentle. The smell is very abrasive.

Smells nice but requires more product to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the smell and the product itself felt “clean.” Although it gave my hair volume, my hair felt dried out right after while it’s still wet. It washes off well leaving no residue but I had to use a lot more product to get a nice lather to cover my entire head/hair and my hair isn’t even that long (shoulder length). I don’t know it was effective in giving curl definition or prevent fizz. Also, don’t know if it matters but my son, who is allergic to nuts freaked out when he saw the ingredient list has almond oil. He only has reaction from eating them don’t wasn’t a big deal but it might scare others

Too heavy for my hair

I have fine, dense hair, and I found it difficult to rinse it completely out. It left my hair feeling heavy and it seemed like it got greasy faster than usual, so I needed to wash my hair again sooner.
