Heavy, greasy texture
This is hands down the worst shampoo I have EVER used, not even just purple shampoo, but literally out of all shampoos I have ever used. This shampoo leaves that heavy, greasy, unclean texture that some shampoos leave, but like, x1,000,000. Not to mention it does a poor job at toning my highlighted hair. Do yourself a favor and just skip this one.

Good for purple, bad for scalp
Great for keeping my bleached lavender hair purple, but dried out my scalp like crazy. I’m prone to dandruff and use a 2% prescription ketoconazole shampoo weekly. This totally threw off my scalp and I have flakes for the first time in a year.

Not my favorite
I've used this shampoo and conditioner together and it barely tones my hair. I have a icy white blonde hair and I like to keep it icy between appointments and this doesn't do it. My hair is pretty much the same tone as it is before I take a shower. I'm kinda bummed I tried a new product, hoping it would be good, and it wasn't.

I wanted to love it because of the reviews but I ended up getting an extremely itchy and dry scalp it also did nothing for my hair

Real purple shampoo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am always very careful when picking out shampoos and conditioners that claim to be purple. I find that if they don't basically stain my hands for a few minutes, they aren't going to penetrate my hair. This shampoo is a real purple shampoo but it doesn't stain my hands the way I like them to. I know it sounds weird, but it's how I know they work. I just recently bleached and toned my hair and have been using this set, and I think it's helping to keep the brassy tones out. I will keep using. I don't really like the way my hair feels after using it though but the conditioner helps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This color shampoo by Odele is pretty good. It's color it a thick purple to help drag out those nasty brassy yellow tones after bleaching. It has help a lot to tone it down, no bad things to say about this. I highly recommend
