Left hair dry and hard to brush through
The purple shampoo works great and I absolutely love it but the conditioner leaves my hair dry and hard to brush through. I don’t normally brush my hair but with this I have to as it leaves it really tangled when I get out of the shower. I have to use a lot of product and it doesn’t condition at all. I end up using leave in conditioner and hair oil to compensate for the dry brittleness.

Thanks for giving this product a try. All Odele products are free from SLES + SLS sulfates, and as a result, our shampoos may not lather as much (or in the same way) as you are used to. That being said, all our shampoos have a luxurious lather when used correctly. For the best results, we recommend rubbing the shampoo in your hands, adding water until you get a nice lather, then applying it to sopping wet hair. Give it a try and let us know what you think.

Blonde bust
Hi ! So I out looking for products that are affordable and for my hair type . I’m a recent blonde about 1 year now and on trying this product not only did I condition my hair twice but then had to put in a leave in just to comb it out and then then I used their own brand for air dry style. I was sad and disappointed ! I was hoping that Odele would be my go too for great hair ! It just didn’t work for me .

If you have long, thick hair this is not for you. It does not get knots out of the hair. Might work for fine hair, I wouldn't bet on it though.

It's a great conditioner on its own, but I'm not sure if it really helped my bleached blonde hair. My hair is still brassy, but I guess its a little better. I actually like the smell! I recommend to try, it might work better for you :)

Back to blonde
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having blonde hair, you get used to the different stages. Your hair looks gorgeous after it's highlighted but tends to get dull as the weeks go on. Using purple shampoo and conditioner can make your highlights pop. I've never used this brand before and it works very well. The orange brass color that happens with my well water is so frustrating. This did the trick just as good if not slightly better than the brand I've been using. I only use it once every 10 to 14 days. I really need in my hair so now that I know that this is a trusted brand I think I'm going to try, the volumizing shampoo and conditioner in between my purple washes. Definitely recommend this brand.

Moisturizing

I have tried other purple shampoos & conditioner systems in the past that are as expensive as drying. Not the case with this system!!! It didnt leave my hair as straw. As far as removing brass, well, shampoos & conditioners are not enough for my hair but they do remove some of it. I did note my hair got oily faster even when applied the conditioner from the middle to the end of hair, but I guess it's because it weighed it down.

Not the best, but make hair soft
