Dont have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

  • Height

    Have your child stand in front of the fridge.Mark the top of the head with a magnet. Measure a straight line from floor to magnet.

  • Chest

    Have your child make airplane arms. Wrap tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level & snug.

  • Waist

    With your child bending to one side, measure the point where the waist flexes naturally. Keep the tape level & comfortably loose.

  • Hip

    Have your child stand like a tall tree with feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of the hips & seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit your child well. Measure along the seam from crotch to leg opening.

    We’ve bought quite a few things from Cat & Jack over the years and this long sleeve shirt is another good basic, with a holiday twist. The material is soft and comfortable and my son had no complaints wearing it all day.     Fun shirt for the holidays

The material is very soft and it doesn’t have any tags in the back which is always a plus for us. It’s a really cute shirt that has a fun play on the don’t stop believing song. The color is not an overbearing red color so it doesn’t look like it’s necessarily a holiday shirt right off the bat.

    Cute and Simple Holiday Tee

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Holiday tee for my daughter in a size XL 14 husky. She is 4'11" tall and close to 100 lbs and is normally a size 14 plus in girls so I figured the 14 husky would be the equivalent in boy's sizes. (We chose a "boys' shirt because sometimes she likes a longer, more oversized look and the girls clothes seem to keep getting shorter and shorter. This style could definitelybe unisex though). It fit how she wanted it to and I'd say it's true to size. The tee quality is nice. Not too thick or too thin. My daughter said it was comfy. The shirt is red, but not a very bright red. More subdued than your typical holiday red. It says "Don't Stop Believing" in white on the front with a Santa hat on top of the e. It is cute and simple. I think it was a good buy.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this holiday themed shirt is a nice somewhat muted shade of red and i appreciate the graphic being cute and catchy. we purchased a medium 8-10 for my seven and a half year old who is between a size small and a size medium. it’s a little large with the sleeves being too long but we can roll them up and hopefully get. two holiday seasons worth or wear out of it! he likes this shirt a lot!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this top in a size extra large husky for my son, which is a typical size. It fit true to size and it’s just what he needs. I appreciate that. It has a good length and is wide enough to fit him without his belly hanging out. The sleeves are a little bit long, but his arms are a little bit short so that probably means it’s very true to size. The fabric is nice and soft and while he’s wearing the shirt for pajamas, it’s definitely something that you could wear out and about.

    Holiday festive long sleeve top

This don’t stop believing shirt is perfect for a simple addition to a holiday party for my son. The large was fairly big on him in lots of areas. He wears a size ten right now, the large is equivalent to a ten/twelve and a little on the larger size. Will be great for him to grow into during the season.
