I’m disappointed for the money. The branches are thin. I’m hoping it improves after I fluff it. It’s going to need lots of fluffing. It does not look like the tree pictured.

I have always wanted a Balsam Hill tree. I kept putting it off. I finally bought one last month and I am truly happy i got one. Its perfect! I couldn’t wait to see what it looked like so we put it up and its gorgeous. The lights are perfectly spaced. Very happy with my purchase. Don’t know why i waited so long !

This is a high quality product. It does take a ton of work to make it look like a full tree though. I bought the 12 foot tree and it is beyond heavy. It comes in 7 pieces (2 foot high sections) which made me think it could be a one person job...I'm younger and pretty fit so I was able to get it together and apart, but I was definitely sweating at the end! If you buy, don't be shocked if it looks really fake right out of the box. Just spend an hour fluffing the branches and it'll look good. And ornaments will hide the bare sections!

The tree was no where near as full as it implied it would be in the image online. I feel like the image online is false advertising and was edited to look fuller. In the image online, you can’t see the center “trunk”. In real life, you can clearly see the “trunk”, even fully fluffed.

This is the second tree that I've purchased from Balsam Hill. The only reason that I got the second one is that my first one is too large for my new home. The realistic look, fullness of the trees, lighting included are all features that I was looking for. I highly recommend their trees. And now I'm looking at some wreaths.
