    Exciting Change

    Only what is needed…

    I enjoy the convenience of receiving my vitamins on a subscription. I know they are of high quality, I’ve always felt good after taking, and I really like that I am only ingesting vitamins and minerals that I need for my gender and age.

    Too early to say

    I’m seventy going on…seventeen 😎 with Bone,Nerve and Muscle deficiency. Moving forward let’s ask this question after an appropriate amount of time has passed. My daughter and granddaughter take this supplement and my granddaughter is the military swears by your vitamins!!!! So let’s have a go.     So far so good.

    I am in my second month of taking ritual for women over 50 multivitamin. At this point, I don’t really notice any difference but I have decided that I would give it a six month try and see how I do.

    Good stuff

    I’ve been taking Ritual vitamins for years now. I think part of my devotion is I like the cheerful color of the capsules and how easily two pills fall out onto my palm when I give the bottle a little shake. It’s the little things that make a difference. Who knows what the vitamins actually do. At least I take them.
