    All I need!

    I have been taking the Ritual woman’s 50+ multi vitamin for many years now. I believe the magnesium in it has reduced my chronic migraines a lot. I appreciate that they tell where the minerals are sourced from too. The auto delivery works perfect for me. This vitamin is all I need!

    Good multivitamins

    I have been on these for ~6 months. Taste is fine. Easy to swallow. (I struggle with large pills.)I wish it weren’t subscription-based, but I understand the economics behind it. I recommend this brand for its quality of product, transparency of ingredients, and 3rd party testing.

    Amazing value great price

    I have been using Rituals products for nearly a year now and have had amazing results. From the multivitamin to the pre and pro-biotic. The only thing I would change is the mint coating on the multivitamin. It does tend to give me a bit of a heartburn feeling, but the vanilla on the pre/pro-biotic does not.

    Acid reflux

    I recently bought the vitamins 50+ for men and women and the prebiotic probiotic complex. I’m currently on acid reflux medication because of my Gerd and this medication is making it worse because of from what I’ve read the algae and the peppermint can make your acid reflux worse, which it did immediately I’m having to send mine back for a refund, which is in the process now hopefully so if you do have these stomach issues, you might want to check with your doctor before taking these

    Hate the subscription feature

    I don't know if the vitamins are working; don't really feel a difference. Took advantage of sale so ordered a couple of bottles, then thought I held off on the subscription, but the shipments keep coming. I have enough bottles for almost a year now. I'm going into debt with this company. I never received a 'Your order is about to ship' so that you can remedy situations like this. They just send an email announcing that your order shipped so that there's nothing you can do about it. They do understand the frustration, so that makes everything better. So put off by the whole thing.

    I use the over 50 vitamin & they work well for meI can notice in my nail growth , for a short time I had to stop taking all vitamins due to a surgery & i also noticed the difference ..I feel much better when I take the ritual vitamins , can’t take 2 a day though ..I’d be a power house if I did ..been taking them for a while now , I’m 72 yo f
