85/15 ground beef is the PERFECT amount of fat to have in a burger. I made Oklahoma fried onion smashburgers with this ground beef and they came out AMAZING. Also, big fan of the Certified Humane credential... makes you feel good about buying from this brand.

Very good meat
I love that this is not just grass fed but grass finished! I used this meat for taco salad and nachos they came out delicious. I will definitely repurchase for future recipes. I’m hoping they will stock these in my local target soon! Lastly, I love that it’s not too expensive.
