Doesn’t keep milk cold, assembly malfunctions
I bought this cooler with high expectations, however not only does the ice puck get stuck at the bottom( which it has several times now and it is officially completely lodged unable to move) the ice does not stay frozen at all. They say in my freezer for 48 hours prior to first use and they melted and left the milk warm after five hours of use even though it is advertised to keep the milk cool for 24 hours. I had to discard 9 oz of milk for being too warm despite being in the cooler immediately.

Must have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom who pumps full-time, this thing has been such a holy grail in our household. It allows me to pump on the go with comfort, knowing I have somewhere to store my milk safely and not worry about how it will make my baby feel.

Breastmilk on the go!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Breastmilk on the go with ease! This cooler can maintain a safe temperature of your liquid gold for 24 hours! It holds 20oz easily, either in a storage bag, bottle or dumped into the bottle provided. It also comes with two ice pucks to also help with cooling.

Breast milk safe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that it holds lots of milk! Easy to handle and to slide off the stainless steel top right off, I would say it’s very easy to assembly. Keeps the milk cold, I haven’t had it out as many hours to know if really last that long. I’m a stay at home mom so hardly out. Still comes in handy! I have had no leakage problem at all. A little heavy but but not to bad.

Great for travel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether you're pumping on the go or your partner is traveling with the baby and needs to bring milk along, this cooler is handy. In my experience so far, the milk stays cool and the bottle doesn't leak. I wish the ice pucks could go in the bottle washer or dishwasher, but they need to be washed by hand. The top ice puck is actually the lid for the milk storage bottle, and there's a crevice in it that can be annoying to wash by hand. Then you need to wait for it to be completely dry before you can put it in the freezer. It's kind of inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. When I was pumping on the go and pouring into this bottle, I realized it screws right onto my Spectra flanges. Now I almost want to buy another Frida milk cooler so I can pump directly into the storage bottles while traveling instead of trying to pour without spilling.

Didn't perform as expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try the Frida Mom Milk Cooler Thermos, and as I just got back from a long roadtrip, this product came at the perfect time. I exclusively pump and have an oversupply so I appreciate the 20fl oz bottle capacity. I do have some cons though. The cooler claims to keep milk chilled for up to 24hrs, but even with freezing the ice pucks for over 24hrs the milk was only slightly cool after 6ish hours. I alsohad problems with the bottle cap loosening while inside of the cooler which resulted in spilled milk if the thermos fell over during our drive. I haven't tried any other milk cooler brands so I can't compare to others on the markets but I wouldn't recommend the Frida Mom thermos.

Love the concept but it broke on first use.
Same issue as mentioned by another reviewer - the bottom puck got stuck on my first use so I’m unable to use the product now. We tried everything to get it out (banging on it, prying at it, warming it under hot water).

Breast milk cooler.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've really liked owning this breast milk cooler. It's great for on the go with the baby in my life. It is heavy and it's bulky in the fridge or freezer. I would still recommend having this if you have a baby.

Puck gets stuck
I received this from a friend and the first day was good with it then when I tried to use it again, I noticed the bottom puck was stuck and won’t come out. No matter how much water, moving it around nothing will help the bottom puck come out so I can’t freeze it and use it properly

Nice to have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The milk container is plastic. I wish it were glass. It holds a lot of milk though. It’s pretty easy to handle, you just slide the stainless steel top right over the container. Haven’t had any problems with leakage.

Frida mom does it the best!! Holds up to 20 oz !!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frida mom milk cooler thermos is ELITE! It holds up to 20 ounces hello!! It’s so easy to pour your milk into with the wide top and cleaning isn’t a hassle. It features two ice pucks on each end for extra insulation and cooling. The thermos is durable and features a handle for easy traveling. It’s TSA approved which makes traveling while pumping a little less stressful. The thermos does have a bit of weight to it however with it breaking into three pieces the simple assemble and disassemble makes it worth it. The thermos does work with the Frida milk storage bags which is also a cool bonus. I’ve never seen a milk thermos offer that. Overall I’m really happy with its performance!!

Amazing features, super portable, a must-have!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with this gorgeous Frida Flow + Go Breastmilk Cooler! It is so lightweight and perfect for taking on-the-go. It includes two cooling disks: one is the top of the storage bottle and the other is in the bottom of the dual-hold frame. This set-up is perfect for pumping moms who need a storage option for keeping milk fresh while pumping out of the house. I found that it helped keep frozen or refrigerated breastmilk that's stored in bags very cold for the entire day. I used an off-brand breastmilk storage bag and it still fit well inside of the thermos. My favorite features include: the easy-carry handle, the stainless steel design, and the milk-safe materials. The included bottle can hold up to 20 ounces of milk. As well as being super portable, this design is also TSA friendly! I found that it was very easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning, making maintenance a breeze. This would make for a wonderful baby shower gift idea or a much-needed addition to a baby registry.

Not my favorite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this milk chiller is pretty, but outside of that I don’t find it to be very effective or convenient to carry around. This chiller is very large and bulky with an insulated outer chamber and a plastic inner chamber with two ice pucks. I froze the ice pucks for over 24 hours and then used the milk chiller exactly like I use my Boon Chiller, overnight on my nightstand so I don’t have to come downstairs to put milk in the fridge in the middle of the night. By morning (8-10 hours later), I felt that the milk was borderline cold enough still and I would not trust to keep the milk in the chiller for much longer. There are only twice ice pucks one on top of the milk chamber and one on the bottom, which means when you have less than 20oz of milk in there only one ice puck is in contact with the plastic milk bottle. I much prefer the milk chillers that have an entire stainless steel chamber that you fill with ice water, as it comes into contact with much more milk to keep it cold. I also feel that the design makes the entire chiller extremely bulky. And upon my first couple of uses, I couldn’t get the bottom ice puck out, I finally flipped it over and after repeated pounding it finally fell out. Overall this isn’t my preferred milk chiller and I wouldn’t use it for much more than a couple hours out of the house.
