Great stuff! I am a brown skin woman of a particular age. I use it whether i have makeup or not. That's how nice of a product it is. A little goes a long way (for me). Melts mascara quite well; therefore there's no need for me to rub aggressively for long period of time, and i only do it with one application. It does hydrate. No tightness. No irritation. I will buy again and again and again...

I don't know what it is about this product, but it caused an allergic reaction on my face when using it. I am not sure what ingredient it was, but I know I'm not allergic to coconut oil, jojoba oil, and vitamin E. It also doesn't have a pleasant smell. Will not be buying again.

Decent Makeup Remover
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This balm does a decent job at removing makeup on its own. I found that it struggled to melt off mascara and eyeliner in my waterline. I don't use waterproof makeup but I imagine that it'll struggle more with those formulas. I also didn't use any face/base makeup in my trials but it did melt off any cream and liquid blushes I had on. Unlike most cleansing balms, water isn't required to mix with so this one doesn't emulsify/"lather up" and just melts into a cleansing oil in your hands/on your face. It doesn't leave the skin feeling super oily but this definitely requires a basic cleanser as a follow up.

Cleanses but not completely.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this in comparison to my normal cleansing balm, this is decent but not up to par with my regular. It cleans my skin fine but does not remove all waterproof mascara. Also feels slightly oily compared to my go to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so I'm not a big make up remover girl, but this was actually extremely helpful especially since I work in nightlife where I use a lot of waterproof long lasting makeup. first things first, a little goes a long way you really don't need that much to remove a lot of product - you get a lot of bang for your buck and it doesn't leave a greasy film after application. what I will say is if you have sensitive or acne prone skin because it is a bit moisturizing it could trigger a breakout, but aside from that this is a great product and I would recommend.

Great makeup removing balm

It’s not overly greasy, so it doesn’t leave a crazy feeling residue after removing the makeup. I like how it removes virtually every drop of makeup in one go! I always follow up with a cleanser and find that my face is squeaky clean after.

Melts makeup off effortlessly without leaving skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg this cleaning balm is by far the best I have ever tried. It melts so good and breaks makeup so easily, even long wear makeup. The texture is smooth and lightweight. It’s gentle on my skin which I love because I have a sensitive skin. Love the presentation on the packaging, love it. Definitely the best first step on my skincare routine.

I'd prefer a coconut oil over this product particularly because it provides a lot softer of skin and it is cheaper but this product does exactly what it says it does by removing all products on your face gently. It melts everything off my face so easily even stubborn makeup - without that heavy, greasy skin feel. The scent is light and not overpowering which I appreciate. My skin feels soft and clean after, not stripped. I was a little worried about breakouts, but so far its been so gentle and has not caused any issues. A new staple in my routine
