A: Great question, apply balm on skin to melt away makeup and to massage our formula with vitamin E into your skin. Remove with a damp cloth to reveal softer, more conditioned, skin right before your eyes.

A: PEG 20 and PEG 7 are both in the product and forms of polyethylene, which is a type of plastic-y material.

This product is incredibly effective in cleaning makeup for lips, eyes,face, even waterproof mascara,without any tugging and doesn’t irritate my skin. Soft texture, no bad odor . It really melts onto my skin and sort of just lifts the product off of my face making. My skin isn’t dry or tight and feels soft and comfortable after.It’s very small, fits in my pocket and comes in a small box , easy to travel with and doesn’t spill . Reasonable price and easy to find. Overall,this a good product that I would recommend to anyone looking for simple makeup remover but effective.

A must have makeup remover
Neutrogena Makeup Remover Melting Balm is my most favorite makeup remover. I usually pick a small quantity and apply over my face and it instantly melts the makeup, I use a makeup eraser cloth or any wash cloth soaked in warm water to remove all the makeup. It washes off easily as well. No oily residue. I do a two step cleanse and this is my first step followed by a gentle soap based cleanser. I don’t smell any fragrance. It’s very efficient and gentle on my skin. It works well to remove eye makeup as well, that’s very important for me in a makeup remover.

I’ve used the Neutrogena Makeup Remover Melting Balm for a few weeks now, and I’m really liking it. It goes on like a smooth balm and melts away my makeup, even waterproof mascara, without any tugging. My skin feels soft and comfortable after, not dry or tight. I do like to follow up with a gentle cleanser just to feel extra clean. It’s also super easy to travel with and doesn’t spill. Overall, it’s a simple, no-fuss product that gets the job done and feels nice on the skin. I’d definitely keep using it!

Amazing waterproof makeup remover
I always used micellar water before this product but this is arguably much better. It really melts onto your skins and sort of just lifts the product off of your face making it so easy to remove even waterproof makeup!

I really liked this product! It was the first cleansing balm I ever used and I thought it was very good at removing my makeup without having to rub super hard especially on my eyes. No scent which is good and my skin always felt so soft after!

Do not buy!!! It's so bad! It burns my eyes so bad for hours after use, it smells like a dirty crayon & it doesn't even do a good job cleaning the makeup off! Stay far away, if you want a good cheap balm go for elf makeup remover balm. Run far and run fast!

I’ve used this product for over a month now and will buy it again. My makeup just does not come off with normal cleanser, but this stuff gets its off. I just use a small amount and it comes right off.
