  • A: The pop-up boxes are junk anyway! The reason we buy these is the Scott brand has the pop-up box. When it gets about half-empty, you have to cut the box open to get the tissues!

  • A: Thanks for your question. Puffs with Vicks are supposed to smell like Vicks Vaporub, but the rest of Puffs should be unscented. Having said that, we know paper products like facial tissues can be porous and can absorb odors around them. It is possible in the shipping, warehousing, or storage, if placed near highly perfumed or scented items, it could have picked it up.

    pieces all over

    I wanted to like these cause the box design was nice and they are soft, but they leave little white pieces of tissue all over. So I can't use it for my face like I wanted. Even when I use it just to blow my nose, it sheds white pieces all over my shirt. I've never had this happen with any other brand of tissues, store brand or big brand. I do not recommend. It's too bad I bought a pack of them, I should have just gotten one box to try.

    They have changed sonething

The tissues themselves may be perfectly fine, but crushed packaging is frustrating — especially when every box is affected. It’s also true that this can happen during delivery. Shipments go through multiple handling points, and boxes can get compressed in transit, even when the product inside is still usable. Still, your experience shows the packaging didn’t hold up the way it should.

    Fragrance??

    What happened to no ftagrance ?!

    I have been happy with the quality of Puffs until this recent purchase - unlike what the description says, it had a distinct fragrance ! It was unpleasant to say the least, and irritating to my nose. Is that why it was discounted or has Puffs changed the process - either way I will go back to ordering in-house Target tissues to be safe !
