Hard to install and vague instructions.

It’s very difficult to install. The instruction is pretty vague and not user friendly. All the accessories are in one bag only and also one step has multiple things to do. I took more than 6 hours to install and some places are not even matched. If I didn’t open the package and it’s hard to resume the package and sent it back, I would definitely get a refund for that, it does not worth the money and time spent on it.

Beautiful BUT

Beautiful piece BUT lord have mercy . The instructions are almost impossible to follow . Finally found and scanned the code in the instruction manual ( back page ) and it had a video that helped alittle .

Company didn’t send package, only delivered one item although two were paid for and marked delivered. Once I have this handled I will be sure to not purchase from this company and potentially target marketplace again.

Nice console. HORRIBLE instructions

The piece is nice. Looks clean and classy. But lord almighty, those instructions. I've built dozens of pieces over the years and vague, muddy manuals are par for the course. But this one. This one may have broken me. Utterly confusing, incomplete steps. Had to redo work because either multiple different parts have the same code, or steps are nonexistent. This should've been an hour job and it took me almost 3.5 hours. If you like escape rooms, then this console is for you. All the brain burn of an escape room, except for hundreds of dollars.
