Cute planters but not a good customer service experience.

I’m totally disappointed, not really about the item because is a really nice planter, but so disappointed about target customer service. I got the planters a couple days ago and opened the box yesterday got surprised when I found out that the flower pots were broken. I went to target and because they are third party purchase and they don’t sell them at the store I couldn’t make the return there, they gave me the phone number to call. I did call the number and they send me to the vendor which I called and waited so long for no one to answer.. I would like for just to exchange the flower pot but it seems like I will get stuck with this for now
