Incredibly poor design

The absolute worse design I have ever come across. This is because, after securing the mattress pad to the mattress, the cords are then trapped under the fitted sheet, making it impossible to easily access the controler. Unbelievably poor design.

Crazy cord and control design

Whoever designed this has never used a heated mattress pad or heated blanket. The design of the power cords and controls are simply impractical. 2 controls for the queen size, one on either side. The 4 foot power cord is part of the control cord as well. About 4 foot to get to receptacle so need a center of bed outlet or an outlet on both sides of the bed. Cannot place the control on any flat surface like a bedside table as it is concave and has no flat side, never mind it keeps getting pulled down by the power cord when plugged in. An idiot could not have designed a more frustrating set up.
