Cracking and Breaking a Month In

Love the chair, but it unfortunately is breaking after 1 month of use. I bought a pair of two and one is still good, but one the the woooden arms on the other chair is slowly breaking apart. I tried to reach out to get a replacement part but never heard back other than a message saying to return both chairs for a refund. Sucks they can't just send a replacement part. Really like the chairs, just wish they'd send me a new part. Guess I'll try to wood glue it or something.
