Nice item, terrible assembly process.

The item is nice and seems sturdy, however one of the large screws for the base of the bench had a bent thread and would not screw in properly. The company could not provide me with a replacement screw (and no extras were included), so I have to now find a replacement for it myself at the hardware store. I hope I am able to do that, otherwise I have to take the mostly-assembled item to the store and have them process a return. Assembly instructions were also very difficult to understand, but we made it work. Took well over an hour with 2 people.

Overall ok. The drawers aren’t the best quality- they get stuck opening. The padding is attached via a Velcro stickie so it’s not the most secure. Color is beautiful. Rack underneath is tall enough to fit shoes- won’t fit basket unless it’s shallow. You get what you pay for.
