I was experiencing tingling and nerve pain in my left leg, so I started sleeping on my back with my legs propped up. Initially, I was using a square throw pillow, but it was hard to get comfortable. This pillow works much better! The shape and size provide just enough support, and it's firm without being too hard.

I am now using target's $6 kids pillow which works better than this product. I am not using this product at all. Waste of money

For this cost, a pillowcase would be appropriate, especially since it's not a typical size. Also, a pillow that cannot be machine washed is unhygienic, IMHO.
