Quality Product

Not a lot of other additives which can be the case with other Vit D formulas. 2500 IU is a good dosage level and capsules are tiny. Glass jar keeps fat soluble products fresher longer which is a huge plus.

Great Product

I like the gel caps and the fact that it is in a glass bottle. It is great for enery and for making up for lost D from lack of sun in the winter months.

Vitamin D

When you get past 30 your body doesn't produce enough Vitamin D to keep you healthy, so I found the increased values for Vitamin D and other elements offered at Swanson where most labels or in the product information listed, to assist you in determining what is best for you body

Effective and Affordable

I had my Vitamin D blood levels taken before and after beginning this product and two per day worked great to bring my levels to the Optimal Range.

Vitamin D3

This is the most healthy, best usable and assimilable form of Vitamin D, and no soybean oil is in it! This is a very good brand that I have taken a number of other supplements in, and I am very pleased with it. These teensy softgels are the bomb, very small and easy to swallow, and they smell good!

These are one of the only few that do not contain Soybean oil. This oil is used in many supplements, therefore, you don't get as much of what you think you are.
