Certified Gluten Free Celiac Safe!

Love Country Life, as a celiac and a bariatric surgery individual these are the only safe vitamins I could find! They are highly effective and taste good! I highly recommend them and rest assured they are Certified Gluten Free! The Cal-Snack has a nice orange vanilla flavor and a chewable which makes it easy to digest and safe for weight loss patients.

Pick another brand.

Do not recommend. They are chalky and gross to chew. They also contain mannitol, a known diuretic. I should have checked label first. I only took one and ended up with an all day stomach ache and terrible headache, in addition to peeing all day.

So far so good - just started taking this calcium.

Not bad, big wafer and a little chalky. It’s difficult to find a calcium that gets to your bones and I hope this one will.

Good Enough

They don't taste too bad but are a bit chalky. At least I can now get my day's worth of calcium without trying to swallow a giant horse pill. Don't really know how effective they are but I'll buy again.

Great price, great value

I like that I can get these wafers in chewable form, it makes it so much easier to get my calcium/magnesium. The taste is not bad either, I kinda like the vanilla orange taste. The wafers are not chalky. They are a little bitter when I swallow them after they are chewed, other than that, I really like these a lot. Swanson needs to use calcium orotate, or citrate instead of carbonate which are higher more absorbable forms of calcium. Swanson please consider this.

Good but too hard

These are good, not bad tasting, and in the balance of Calc/Mag that I prefer, however they are so hard I am afraid I will break a tooth chewing them. Please make them softer!

Nice change

"So I have been taking chewable Calcium citrate for years now. I have tried chocolate,and vanilla. I get tired of the same flavor after a while, so I thought I'd give these a try. This is a nice flavor. I like the combination of orange and vanilla. The orange is not to pungent and I like the hint of vanilla. Not chalky at all. Very pleasant surprise! I will be buying these again!

Too hard to chew

These wafers are huge and so hard I feel like my teeth are going to break. If you have strong teeth they might be okay. If you have any Porcelain Crowns I would be very cautious. Not worth ruining a $1000 crown to save a couple bucks.

I thought it was fine, but my mom didn't like it.

I thought thy tasted good, but my mom is super sensitive to anything being chalky and she didn't. So if you'r super sensetive to that kind of thing you should probably skip this supplement, but otherwise I thought the flavor was good. ^_^

Great product

I have been taking this product for over 2+ years and love it. I have a hard time swallowing large pills which calcium supplements usually are. This is a very pleasant tasting calcium and the magnesium helps me unwind since I take this at night before going to bed.

Really Good!

These taste surprisingly good and I've noticed them making me more regular. I take them opposite of my multi to make sure the calcium doesn't interfear.
