Damaged and Defective Cabinet

I am writing to report a serious issue with the cabinet I received. The product has significant defects and is completely different from what was shown in the listing. The most notable problem is with the wooden panels at the back of the cabinet. They do not fit into the designated space at all, making it impossible to assemble the cabinet properly. As a result, none of the panels can be securely installed. In addition, the cabinet feels extremely unstable and wobbly once assembled.

Great stand. I would buy it again.

We have chickens and I needed a small space for my husband to store his egg cartons without taking up counter space. This rack is perfect! It was so easy to put together. It's small and stays out of the way. It's also the perfect size for egg cartons. My husband even uses his ugly yogurt cups to store his eggs when he gets them home. The rack is tall and can fit on any shelf. It's awesome! Of course, it looks pretty too so you don't have to use it just for eggs. It's not too heavy or too light so it's sturdy too.

Nice little bookshelf for my books

Pretty good shelving system. A little smaller than I thought, but fits nicely next to my desk. Seems sturdy enough. My niece helped me assemble it and all the parts and screws were there, nothing missing. Just what I needed. Very satisfied.

Very cute!

This item is very cute and the quality seems to be very good. The wooden shelf looks like real wood. Very happy with this purchase. It was easy to assemble and took about 15 minutes.

Looks good, but lacks stability.

This bookcase looks nice and was easy to assemble. It was the exact size I wanted. I liked that the back panel fits into the notches on the shelves, rather than being nailed to the back like many other cheaper models. However, aside from the confusing order of the assembly instructions, there were some signs of poor quality: First, I noticed that the back panels were all identical, which isn't a big deal, but it means that the differences in the wood grain pattern took some work. Second, I noticed that the veneer on the front of one of the doors was broken, and it had obviously been "repaired" in a spot next to the break. Then, while installing the doors, I noticed that one of the doors was rubbing against the bottom, and since it's on a pop-up hinge, it can't be adjusted, nor can I easily remove the door to try to modify the hinge without damaging the bookcase. This worried me because the veneer is so thin. Finally, it doesn't have a kickboard or any real base, just a bottom shelf and some super-thin sticky foam pads. I've bought a lot of cheap furniture in the past that came with adjustable feet, so this one wobbled so much that I had to put some thick pads on the front of the furniture to make it feel more stable. All in all, I'd keep it as it still does what I need it to.

It's okay, I'm fine.

Easy to assemble, just don't forget to line up the side holes. It's a little smaller than I expected, but it fits the specs. That was my mistake. The 4-star rating is because the metal frame isn't thick enough; the hollow square metal tube dents even when the screws are tightened slightly. A decent product if you're not looking for luxury.

The price was great.

Love the look of this rack. Perfect for our bathroom and super sturdy. Super easy to install and great value for the money. Wish it was a little wider so the top would be flush and look like it had "handles" on the top.

Stylish and practical!

I bought this to organize books and small items in my bedroom, including books. The color is exactly as described. The spaces between the open shelves are the right size, and the bottom is a great enclosed space. The overall functionality is great. It was easy to put together, and the farmhouse design is cute and fits in perfectly with my design theme. Plan to purchase again.
