There are no directions-not even a picture. It certainly isn’t 25.8 feet tall. I’m not sure it looks safe for outdoor use and since there are no directions, I can’t be sure.

Stunning and bright
It is stunning! I wanted something that was visible from the road and it is. It has a timer already built in and it is very easy to set up - Just work with one string at a time that begins at the star and you'll be fine.
