Table came scratched. Target wants me to return everything in store and reorder it online because they can’t send replacement parts. And they can’t even price match my original order price because they don’t control the third party prices.

Terrible Processed and Customer Service
So far I’ve only received the chairs. 6/8 of the chairs arrived on the 16th and then I received the final set of chairs on the 17th. After realizing I didn’t have the table at that point I contacted Target. Target informed me I would need to call back on Monday and wait full 2 business days after delivery because “items arrive on different days and packages”. Although there is only one tracking number. I called again on Monday and I was told yet again I had to wait. The policy was 4 days and not 2 as I was told. The unfortunate part, is why do I have to continue to call and manage this process? This is a vendor Target is working with and the owness of a successful delivery is completely on me. During my Monday conversation with support I was told this specific vendor “cannot be contacted” and I was provided the phone number and email address. Again, this being my responsibility to continually contact. I called and the voicemail box was full … interesting for a vendor. I emailed and have yet to receive a response. I need this table for an upcoming event and i ordered in ample time and im beyond frustrated.
