    Nice rug if not shipped folded

    9x12 came folded not rolled which resulted in major creasing and a bulge in the middle. To bad because its a nice rug. Had to return.

    Very nice even though the colour is not as listed

    Listed colour is purple however the true color is more magenta than purple. Other than that It is a quality rug that looks great in my space thankfully the colour fi with with the palette of the room.

    The rug definitely adds warmth to the room. My only disappointment was the fading characteristic of the rug pattern. Rather than evenly dispersed throughout the rug, one end of the rug was different than the other, so much so, that we had to turn the rug around. [not an easy task with a 10x14 foot bed with a bed on it]. when I called customer support, I was sent a picture of the rug and told the variation was on purpose. I decided not to pursue the issue and we turned the rug around.
