Darker than the pictures , also came folded instead of rolled so it has endless creases

This is a bottom of the line rug. The good: The browns are a nice shade that go well with my floor. The so/so: Pile height is very low and not many fibers per inch as compared to a higher end rug. So it’s ok until I can afford a nicer rug. The bad: I still have not been able to get the bubbles out meaning I still haven’t been able to get it to lie flat to the ground. There are bubbles all over on all three rugs, which is a tripping hazard. The bubbles are about a 1/2” off the ground (will try to show a picture). If I wasn’t desperate for some rugs (I bought 3 matching of various sizes) I would have returned. Have not yet tried using a blow dryer to get the wrinkles out - what a pain to have to do that. I don’t think you would see this issue on a nicer quality rug. These were very inexpensive as rugs go, but I was expecting a little better quality.

9x12 came folded not rolled which resulted in major creasing and a bulge in the middle. To bad because its a nice rug. Had to return.

Rug was even prettier in person than seen online. It was exactly as described online and is high quality with excellent construction. Highly recommend!

The rug looks great and is soft to walk on. The color of the rug matches what is online. The rug was folded rather than rolled and there are quite a few wrinkles we are working to flatten out. Assuming we can get the rug to lay flat, I would definitely recommend it.

I like the rug. However, two of the corners were damaged. The threading was fraying and you can see the edging beneath it. We had to turn the rug around to hide the area. It was too heavy for us to move all the furniture and wrap for return, but I am very disappointed. Before you put this rug down, check all four corners.
