Pretty Rug, But Poor Quality

Comes folded so there are creases that don't come out even using their instructions. Washable, but 1 wash before ever using made the sides pucker. I washed it to try to get the creases out but only half came out. The surface is not "low pile." It is more of a velour and is very slick. Not good for an area that gets traffic. Because I washed it, I won't try to return it.
