Needs more transparency
Return policy is horrible. Not a regular Target return policy. Supposedly you have 30 days from when you order this item online. It didn’t even warm up sufficiently to feel soothing. I contacted Target customer support, you was supposed to talk to the vendor and get back to me last week. No response. VERY disappointed!

This heating pad is amazing! The weight and massage feature make it feel like a spa at home. The cord is long enough to reach across my bed, unlike most others I've tried. The material feels strong and good quality, and the remote is super easy to use. It does automatically turns off and overall I'm still happy with my purchase.

Great heating pad
The first time I used it, I was a little disappointed because it didn't seem to heat up very well. After about 20 minutes, it heated up and made my back feel a little better! I've used it a few more times since then and haven't had any issues. Very happy with this purchase

I don't often write reviews, but this one definitely deserves one! I have chronic pain, so when I bought it a few years ago, it was my first heating pad. But this one is awesome! I've had it for hundreds of hours and it's never worn out. I had it for about six years before it finally broke, so I bought another. Very few products these days are worth the money, but this one is definitely worth it.

like this product. It has three settings: high, medium and low. High is hot, medium feels good. I lay there for about 20 minutes. Don't fall asleep, especially on high.

Fast working speed
Just received mine today and started using it to help with my pregnancy hip pain. I'm 37 weeks pregnant with my second child and have had a lot of hip pain and needed some help. It's small and powerful! It feels super soft and heats up very quickly! I started out using it on setting 6 and then went down to setting 3. Because the heat is so strong, make sure to follow the instructions in the manual and don't let children use it without adult supervision. It cools down very quickly after turning it down or off. I'm sitting on it right now and it's very comfortable. So glad I bought it and now I'm using it postpartum!

I've been using it for two years now and it's still working great. It's comfortable to use and I like the way it feels against my skin. I do have one small complaint though: it doesn't stay hot all the time. It gets really hot at first, but then it cools down on its own. Maybe that's a built-in safety mechanism.

Heating evenly and with sufficient heat
This oversized heating pad distributes heat evenly and gets really hot so it performs really well. I've used several of these and you have to be careful when using them. They are super flexible which is really great and while they aren't stiff like a lot of heating pads, that flexibility comes from having fairly thin lines which avoids being stiff and breaking quickly if you let it bunch up or put too much pressure on the connection point. I keep buying them because they work really well and cover a large area, covering my entire back to my hips, and I haven't found another product that gives me the same pain relief as this one.

Affordable, washable, roomy, and comes with a timer!
Looks like just what I need...a large heating pad with a sleep timer. Fits me perfectly and works well for my body type. And it's washable if needed. The cord is the perfect length too! The heat level is just right, and it has a timer and auto shutoff! Price and color were the deciding factors!

I'm obsessed with the design of this product. I'm used to traditional heating pads and this is just... a wool blanket that heats up? I was stunned by how comfortable and convenient it was. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that I wish it was hotter, but it's still hot. If you don't like super hot things, buy this, it's great. It's still hot though.

use a heating pad every night and have bought many different types. I love the soft feel of this one and the fact that it is just a plush pad with no extra parts. I have used plastic ones with a soft cover but they always move and fall off. This one holds its shape and I can throw it right into the washing machine and it comes out just as soft and cozy as the day I bought it.
