I absolutely love this chair. I got it in khaki and it's beautiful. Nice and cozy. The seat is wide (perfect for folks who love to sit criss-cross applesauce on occasion). The material is soft / smooth and the cushion is firm (which I like). I also appreciate the pillow. Adds some support, but can be moved to the side when you want a more relaxed sitting position. My desk is about 28.5 inches tall, and the chair fits perfectly when lifted to the highest position (there is about 1 to 1.5 inch(es) separating my desk from the top of the armrest). If you're short like me, you can get a stepstool for your feet to rest on, and then you're rocking and rolling. Lastly, everything but the armrests was easily assembled by myself. I would highly recommend having a second person to hold down pressure on the armrests while you secure the screws in place for a sturdy hold. Beyond that, I can't get enough of this chair.

I have assembled a lot of furniture when we moved apartments. This chair is by far the worst to assemble. The instruction seem easy, if you can get pass the "English". It's impossible to assemble the armrest as the cushion is thick and there is no way you can see if the screws are aligned to the holes. After an hour of frustration. I gave up. Just pay a little bit more and get a fool proof brand.

Very difficult to assemble. Many of the screws were already stripped. The armrests are nearly impossible to line up and the fabric had to be trimmed away to get them to screw in. I had to just skip the armrests altogether. The chair does not rise very high so if you are short like I am, you’ll need to add a cushion to sit on. I got it on sale so it’s not a huge deal but I would 100% not buy this for the $155 price tag or whatever it is. I would actually laugh in their faces at that price. They also don’t allow returns which is awful business practice.
