The texture is a little bit on the tougher size, and it definitely tastes like it is made out of veggies and not just regular pasta, but the healthier ingredients make it worth it.

I had tried chickpea and lentil pasta before and although they were okay, you could definitely tell the difference. But I found the peas, lentils, and zucchini pasta taste and texture were very good, exceeded my expectations of a gluten free pasta.

And unlike wheat pasta, this has a definite flavor...and it's yummy. Penne held up in cooking better than roting, but both are really good.
