The best taste and value
We do not eat wheat or corn. I have been using Tinkyada rice pasta for years. After trying several other brands that were gritty at best, and then discovering Tinkyada, I began recommending it to everyone I know. I have served it both hot and cold, with various sauces and dressings, and no one has ever guessed that it was not good quality wheat pasta. I wish all of the shapes came in organic, but I'll take what they make! I like that each package has alternate directions for either energy saving cooking or regular boil it the whole time cooking. I have used both methods. Currently there are other brands of rice pasta and rice/quinoa pasta that are as good, but ounce for ounce. you'll not find a better buy for your dollar.

ORGANIC RICE PASTA that's a pretty good substitute
I've been buying this organic rice pasta for about 15 years. It's hard to find rice pasta that's organic and also has a texture more like wheat pasta and makes a pretty good substitute in various dishes.

Love My Pasta
Following a gluten free diet, I tried several varieties of gluten free pasta. This was the best one I found. Swanson's price is better than store prices.

Yummy pasta
I've been using brown rice pasta for a few years now, and Tinkyada is definitely the best. Great texture, the only downfall (as with all rice pasta) is that it's best served warm.

Better than tradtional pasta
I much prefer my pasta al dente and with the foolproof method suggested on the package of only cooking 2 minutes in boiling water then removing from the heat and letting it sit covered for 16 minutes ensures the perfect amount of firmness every time. And the flavor is very good as well.

The best gluten free pasta
I have been eating gluten free for several years now and found that Tinkyada makes the best gluten free pasta. I cook them according to the "energy efficient" method listed on the package and they turn out perfect every time.
