Quiet and very attractive. Simple pull down chains to activate light and fan. Works very well in small 10 x 12 bedroom.

I ordered and installed this fan about 2 months ago. It was noisy. After Hunter troubleshooting, they decided to send another one for me to install. This one is noisy as well, on all three speeds

This fan is noisy at speeds two and three. I’ve only ever bought Hunters because they DON’T / DIDN’T make noise. It takes two hours to install, now I have to take it down, repackage it to send it back, and order and install another one. VERY disappointed! I can’t get those three hours back!!

Ok, look, this is a small fan, more than capable for a room or area less than 300 sf. What I liked is the aspect of being able to add my own bulbs for extra brightness. I also remove to paint frosting from the lens cover using lacquer thinner. Keep in mind, there is no remote, but if you run two circuits up to fan you can control the light and fan separately.

This small fan was perfect for my kitchen which is surrounded by windows that make this the coldest room in the house. Using the reverse fan setting my husband stopped wearing extra layers of clothing and felt the room warm up within a short time. I did get the wall mounted remote switch since the pull strings are over the table. I did not expect the light to be dimmable but it does so from the switch! And the fan lets light out thru an opening in the housing that adds a remarkable visual effect when the fan turns that is stunning!

Once I put in a new bracket to screw the fan to, set up was easy and it even worked on my dimmer switch

Don't let the Aker's small size fool you -- this thing can throw some air! Even on low in my small 9x 12 bedroom it's enough to feel the cool. Pros: Design, love the Scandi look; color (black with dark walnut blades, nice!); quiet; wobble-free; it's a Hunter fan Cons: Not the easiest to install, but not overly difficult either; the light output is horrible. The lighting is the primary reason for my four star rating. I have two 5000k, 840 lumen bulbs installed and the room is still dark. So very, very disappointing. I know it's the light fixture design causing the issue because the ceiling light the fan replaced used the same bulbs and lighted the room perfectly. I will try 1100 lumen bulbs if I can find any suitable for use in totally enclosed luminaires. If I can and it works, I will come back and edit to 5 stars; if it doesn't work, I will come back and edit it to 2 stars.

This is is whisper quiet. It was decently easy to install. I like that you can flip the fan blades over. It gives me flexibility in design. The only negative is switching the direction of the fan blades as the seasons change. I have to take off the light cover to access the switch. I would prefer it be on the outside.

Works great in my kids room. Install took a little work because I didn’t have the ceiling fan electrical box.

Bought three of these small fans for small rooms. They are good looking and efficient

The set up took about 30 minutes. The fan has great cooling power. I had to balance the fam with the included weights bc it was wobbly but the instructions were very clear. I recommend getting the remote bc the fan titled a bit when I pulled on the chain. One chain adapter was missing from the kit but I found a spare one at home. The light is initially very dim when I turned it on in the evening but I found a tip online to old on the light button on the remote until i reached the desired light brightness. The fan is super quiet and the 3 speed settings allow for me to turn it down at night and sleep without any sound issues. The white color was perfect and it’s a very modern looking fan. I recommend it!

We bought our new home and fans were not included. I found these fans and I am so happy I did! The amount of air speed is great and the installation was okay. All the wires jumbled up made it a little more tedious.

Instructions were very easy to understand and assembly was quick and easy. We are very pleased and it looks great!

We bought this a couple years ago but the light kit globe fell off and shattered. Not sure how to get a replacement. Can you help me Hunter??

It is a perfect size with great light and fan functions to make it perfect for our needs! Buying a dimmer switch for variations to light and fan speed was something extra that we added making its operation multi versatile!!!!

The product was well packaged and directions were clear. I did reference the online video for added guidance since this was the first fan I've ever installed (replacing an old fan). Loved that the brace was designed to hold the fan so I didn't need anyone to hold the fan while I did the wiring. Finally got to use my Leatherman for wire cutting & sheathing! The fan has been amazing since - so quiet and efficient.

Per the specs: energy-efficient, dimmable LED bulbs to give you control of the ambiance in your space, Control dimming with a handheld remote or wall control. How can I purchase the handheld remote since it is not included?

I purchased two of these fans and had trouble getting the lights to turn on. As others have stated, the box is very small and requires three screws. I got the light to turn on after re-assembling, but the other fan I have not gotten to get the light to work, which is very frustrating.

Perfect size, fit and cost for my 12'x12' office space and the overhead light is excellent. Appearance is clean looking and contemporary. Thanks Hunter You did a great job.

Installed in small kitchen. It’s perfect. Quality product. Very quiet. Looks great. Always good idea to have a second person helping when installing. The two 6 watt LED bulbs that come with it are weak. Recommend replacing with two 9 watt “warm light” LED bulbs and you’ll be very happy.
