I HATE IT

I was so excited to order this set because it was on sale, had great reviews, and I'd had my eye on this style for several years. However, you really should always try chairs in person! I put one together (lots of screws!) and sat in it and my lower back started screaming right away. There is 0 lumbar support due to the angle of the chair. There is also no neck support. I'm 5'8". You are sitting, looking up at the sky above you because otherwise you need to bend your neck forward. Want to work on your laptop? You can't. Want to read a book? You'll have to hold it over your head. I tried adding a lumbar pillow and, due to the lack of upper back/neck support, it makes it even worse. I tried it with and without an ottoman (my own, the set doesn't come with ottomans, just a table), and again it made it even worse. I wish I could return it but 1) I tightened all the screws real good and 2) the box is extremely heavy and there is no way I'd be able to carry it to where I'd have to take it. As it is, I had to put it on a rug and drag it to my living room before I opened it. So buyer beware, don't believe all the great reviews if you value comfort.

Terrible delivery service. Didn't recieve within quoted time

I purchased the item informed I'd have next day shipping. The next day I was told item would next day. Delivery got pushed a 3rd time and it will arrive after the needed date.
