Very disappointing

First of all, this seemed to be a return item and it was poorly packaged. But most importantly, it didn’t work. Heat was pretty much non existent. I tried all the troubleshooting techniques and still no heat. Lastly it looks nothing like the photos. It’s not double sided. Going back which means a special trip.
