Do not buy this sugar

This sugar was in clumps in the bag. Not small, soft lumps like usually found on confectioners sugar, these were multiple large hard lumps that I had to use my food processor to tackle. Even then, the buttercream I made was grainy. I have been baking for over 40 years and never experienced this before. Would not recommend

Not like your regular powdered sugar

I used this to make pecan melt-a-ways for Christmas. Beware, it contains tapioca starch along with cane sugar and as a result this confectioners sugar is not as sweet as Domino confectioners sugar! I hate to say this but my cookies tasted terrible. It is just not the same as the regular powdered sugar. Probably healthier for you, but it didn't make the kind of cookies I always have made with the regular sugar. I was very disappointed with the results and will have to throw the whole batch of cookies away. I never give negative reviews, but people need to be aware of the results of combining sugar with tapioca starch.

Finally! No more funny taste!

I'm ecstatic! Been baking my whole life and for several years now have had that horrible "perfume" flavor from both the name brand and off brand sugars. Finally tried this organic and no terrible flavor. Can't wait to start making goodies again. I stopped making cakes and such due to this issue. Thank you so much!!

Love this product!

I use this daily to make a little bit of frosting for my waffles because i can't use syrup. The texture of this product is exactly like regular powdered sugar.

Love this company!

I absolutely love everything from Wholesome. I bake cupcakes and have tried SO many organic powdered sugars but nothing compares to wholesome. It's the absolute best! And I love that I can buy in bulk.

Perfect for our needs

We use the powdered sugar as a dusting on our Passover cakes to keep everything clean for certain holiday dietary requirements. It's an excellent product.

Superior product!

The best organic powdered sugar out there. I have tried many other brands but have been disappointed as many stay gritty, for instance when making frostings. Not this one. Always excellent results. And the taste is fantastic.

Gluten and corn free!

We are a gluten-free bakery that is also free of corn and soy. I love this product, but am also so grateful we have a corn-free option we can use and feel confident it is free of those allergens.

The only powdered sugar for me!

I have celiac disease, and I swear by this sugar! It was getting hard to find it at the store when I needed it, so I started ordering it by the case straight from the source. I couldn't be happier!
