I want to start by saying I did my due diligence before purchasing this cloud couch. Because the couch comes compressed in a small box and expands to full size after opening — making it impossible to return to a store — I called Target customer service before ordering to specifically ask about the return/pickup policy. I was told clearly: if there is any issue with the product, Target will arrange a pickup at no extra cost to me. Based on that assurance, I went ahead and ordered. The couch arrived and its been 4 days. Unfortunately, it has multiple issues: Issue 1 – Stain on Pillow One of the pillows arrived with a visible stain. This is a cleanliness and quality control failure right out of the box. Issue 2 – Fur Shedding (Safety Concern for Kids) The couch fabric continuously sheds fine fur particles. These particles are so small they become airborne and can be inhaled. This is a genuine health concern, especially for children and anyone with respiratory sensitivities. Issue 3 – Does Not Expand to Advertised Size I purchased this specifically because two sections at 68.9” + 68.9” = 137.8” would fit my 140” bay window with only a couple inches on each side. After 4 full days of expansion, the couch is leaving more than 8 inches of gap — significantly short of its advertised dimensions. This is a misrepresentation of the product. Issue 4 – The Return Process Is Not Actually Free When I called customer service today to initiate the return, they offered two options: drop it off at a store (not possible — the couch is fully expanded and won’t fit in a car), or a UPS pickup. The UPS pickup is technically free, but here’s the catch: UPS does not accept items without proper packaging. The couch arrived compressed in a small box — I cannot repack a fully expanded couch into that. I would have to purchase a large box or packaging just to use the “free” pickup. That is an out-of-pocket cost I was explicitly told I would not have to pay before I ordered. A free pickup that requires you to spend money on packaging is not actually free. This feels like a loophole that puts the burden back on the customer after the sale is done. I specifically asked about this before purchasing to avoid exactly this situation. The original promise of a hassle-free, no-cost return was not honored in practice. I genuinely wanted to love this couch — the concept is great and the price is reasonable. But between the stain, the fur shedding that poses a health risk to my children, the size that doesn’t match the listing, and a return process that is free in name only, I cannot recommend this product or this experience. If Target makes this right without requiring me to pay for packaging, I will update this review.

The couch is comfortable, soft, and easy to unpack. It’s low to the ground, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re above-average height. My rating, though, isn’t based off of the couch itself, but rather, with the company it’s being sold from. We only received one of two boxes. When I called Target to get an update, the seller did not provide a tracking number for the second box, so Target was unable to track it, and the seller does not have a number to call and was unresponsive to Target’s email requests for an update or replacement box. That left me with the option to either shove the opened half-of-a-couch into my car to return it for a refund within the 30 day return window, or sit around indefinitely waiting for a second box that may never arrive. I’ve ultimately decided to get a refund while I still can and will need to figure a way to transport the couch to a store. It’s frustrating, so moving forward, I’ll be buying larger, more expensive items elsewhere.

Love the color and fabric. Not impressed with the sofa side wall and arm rest. It did not form as well as the lounge side wall and are rest. It is lower than the back and lounge side & arm rest. It is bowed and has lots of extra fabric on top of the arm rest and side wall.

It’s ok for a quick short term couch but I am returning them because the material it’s not good the fur comes off and gets on your clothes the back is very low so dues not have any support it’s cheaply made again for a quick short term it’s ok I guess I’ll be returning

i love love love this couch so much. shopped around for one like it, but this was by far the best choice. so comfortable, cushions stay on, not too low, and so comfortable.

Much bigger than I expected. Fully inflated in minutes rather than hours. It was however, fully firm in about 24hrs.

This turned out to be beautiful and price was worth it. Passed the info on to others

I purchased this for my game room and it's exactly what I needed. Firm but not in an uncomfortable way. My only minor complaint would be that there's nothing to connect the two sections so a minor gap happens occasionally, but it's not a big deal to me.

It is the perfect size for a narrow living space, was sooo easy to assemble by myself! It's so soft can't say enough good things for the price.
