Not sure if it works. Made me vomit multiple time

I had To stop taking this, it was making me throw up. I believe I was Not eating enough before taking it. Going to try taking it again. If you have a sensitive stomach I’d be cautious trying this.

Overall effects

Good product

Good product. Needed liquid multivitamin without excess B12 after gastric sleeve. This is perfect. I mix it with diet cranberry juice and it tastes fine. Previously used Wellesse liquid multivitamin, but this has more vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Price was good and shipping was very fast.

Packs a wallop!

I am a busy time go person and I don't have time as I like to make smoothies and all the healthy ways to get your day started this has been working wonders for me I just simply add some to my mango smoothie drink already made and that's gives me a good start to my day. Also if wondering taste it has a slightly sour taste but if you add it to a smoothies or a floverd beverage you can't taste it as strong
