The right side of the couch is not firm you literally sink down to the floor when you sit on this side the rest of the couch is fine

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I wasn't exactly expecting the highest quality couch in the world considering the price, but this is absurd. They shipped the couch rolled up in air vacuumed bags! As a result, pieces and cushions are completely misshapen. They are different heights and different widths so the three pieces dont line up. The fabric covering doesn't even fit correctly. There's absolutely no back support so you cant lean back. The pillows are as thin as paper. The absolute worst thing about it is due to how it was packaged, there's no way to even package it back up to return it. I've never had worse buyers remorse in my life.
