Q: Does anyone know if the gap is big enough on the trundle to leave the blankets on when you push it in? Or do you have to remake the bed every time you pull it out?

  • A: Depends on definition of standard size. I just measured the trundle part and to me it looks like it can fit up to a 7 inch thick mattress. But at that height you could only leave sheets on it

I put this together by my self it is very doable for one person. Took a while but I was taking many breaks. All the screws, nuts, washers were in the package. Nothing was missing, nothing was damaged, no screws were stripped. I find the bed sturdy. I love the design so cute (I got pink). Everything seems great quality. I would buy it again if I needed another one.

Save yourself and do NOT buy

Cute bed yes, but arrived with multiple screws of base already stripped. I completed building the bed thinking my 30 lb toddler would surely be fine, but an entire side collapsed once having the light mattress on it. Target will only refund if you take the whole thing apart and bring it physically into the store. Terrible bed, worse customer service.
